Don Hector G. Ortiz I
The foundational architect of the Ortiz Standard. Though the execution of OTZ has evolved into advanced technology and global infrastructure, the corporate soul remains entirely his. His mandate of absolute respect, unwavering dignity, and profound human connection remains the binding law of our Executive Board. No venture is funded, and no architecture is built, unless it honors his standard of excellence.

Dr. Hector Ortiz II
Serving as the primary architect for OTZ Technologies and the principal steward of OTZ International Holdings. Bridging theoretical physics, applied chaos theory, and advanced capital allocation, Our Chairman & Chief Technical Officer directs the active R&D pipelines including Project ADA and the ARC Drive while overseeing the acquisition strategies of OTZ Group real estate.
THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
To maintain operational sovereignty across multiple sectors, the OTZ Board is structured around five dedicated executive mandates. With the Chairman acting as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the remaining board seats govern our financial and physical assets, and are actively being evaluated for strategic expansion.
